Information ex 13 of EU Regulation n. 679/2016

3. Nature of providing data and consequences of refusing to answer:

4. Processing methods:
The processing of your personal data is carried out by means of the operations indicated in art. 4 no. 2 EU Regulation no. 679/2016 and precisely: collection, registration, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and destruction of data.
Your data is subjected to both paper and electronic and automated processing, in compliance with an internal procedure and technical measures capable of guaranteeing the security, integrity and confidentiality of the data.
Personal data will be kept for a period of time not exceeding that necessary to fulfill the purposes listed and in any case for no more than 10 years from the termination of the relationship.

Your personal data may be communicated to:
Company personnel as persons in charge of processing and/or external managers and/or system administrators for the management of practices relating to the contract in place: the personnel has been duly trained in matters of personal data security and privacy protection .
To third-party companies or other subjects (by way of example: Professional firms, Consultants, Banks, etc.) for the fulfillment of the obligations connected to the service/purchase requested and provided by you.

-portability of personal data;
-withdrawal of consent, where provided – the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the treatment based on the consent given before the revocation;
-to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority (Privacy Guarantor).

We will respond to requests within 30 days. However, completion times may take longer. However, we will make sure to communicate these details by email. All information that will be provided to us in the request will be used only for the fulfillment of the same and will be deleted within 12 months.
