Information pursuant to articles 13 of EU Regulation no. 679/2016

Dear Sir/Madame,

We would like to inform you that according to the legislation indicated, the processing of personal data concerning you (name, surname, e-mail address, city, profession, interests, etc.), collected using the appropriate form, will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights.

Pursuant to articles 13 of EU Regulation no. 679/2016, therefore, we provide you with the following information:

1. Data Controller

2. Purpose of the treatment

We inform you that the data collected will be used for:

Sending you newsletters to update you on our collections, new openings, promotions relating to our collections and to advertise the events we organize, it will always be possible to unsubscribe from our mailing lists through the procedure indicated at the bottom of the communication received containing the newsletter;

profiling purposes: only with your expressed consent, your personal data (collected for the purposes referred to in point 1 above), will be processed for profiling purposes in particular for the creation of specific commercial profiles and for the analysis of preferences also by referencing such personal data with other information collected through profiling cookies, in order to send you commercial communications and/or promote initiatives and events of specific interest to the user.

The legal basis of the treatment is the consent you have given to the treatment itself.

3. Provision of data and consent to treatment:

The provision of data for the purposes indicated above is mandatory, in case of failure to provide data it will not be possible to follow up on your request.

4. Processing methods:

The treatment will be carried out by entering it in a special computer archive kept under constant control through an internal operating procedure related to the purposes of the treatment and in any case capable of guaranteeing the security, integrity and confidentiality of the data.

Personal data will be kept for an indeterminate period of time until the consent given is expressly revoked and, in any case, no later than two years from the termination of the service.

The data will not be disclosed and will be treated correctly and transparently only by personnel directly appointed by the Data Controller.

5. Optional provision of data

The user is free to provide the personal data contained in the appropriate request form. However, failure to provide them will make it impossible to receive the newsletter and any information concerning our commercial activities and events (see in detail what is reported in point 3 “Data provision”).

6. Person to whom personal data may be disclosed:

Your personal data may be communicated to:

1. Personnel employed by the Data Controller as person in charge of processing and/or external managers and/or system administrators for the management of procedures relating to the provision of the requested services: the personnel have been duly trained in the matter of personal data security and privacy protection.

In any case, the prohibition to communicate or disseminate your personal data to subjects not necessary for the performance of the services requested by you remains unaffected.

The updated list of any Data Processors is kept at the registered office of the Data Controller.

7. Rights of data subjects

You have the right, at any time, to exercise the following rights:

1.access to personal data;

2-rectification and cancellation of personal data or limitation of data processing;

3-to object to the processing of personal data;

4-portability of personal data;

5-withdrawal of consent, where provided – the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the treatment based on the consent given before the revocation;

6-to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority (Privacy Guarantor).

We will respond to requests within 30 days. However, completion times may take longer. However, we will make sure to communicate these details by email. All information that will be provided to us in the request will be used only for the fulfillment of the same and will be deleted within 12 months.
