Returning Products

Products purchased may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Send your Return Request to [email protected], indicating:

● Order Number
● Customer’s Name and Surname
● Product Code and Size (indicated in the Order Confirmation)
● E-Commerce Registration E-mail

If you would like to change the size or colour of the products purchased, please indicate your new choice in this e-mail. Our staff will check the availability of the items requested for the exchange, and will notify you of how the exchange will be made and how long it will take.

Product Conformity

The products you wish to return must be in perfect condition:

● They must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged.
● They must be returned with all the tags, labels and original guarantees they were delivered with, placed inside the original packaging where appropriate.
● They must not be neither custom made nor modified with tailoring adjustments

How to Return Products

Products may be returned by courier service, or to any Sartoria Rossi boutique in Italy or abroad.

Returns by Courier Service

● Using our delivery courier

Please request our Customer Service subscription code. Delivery charges will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you by the company. From the moment the products for return are handed over to the courier, Sartoria Rossi exempts you from all liability in the event of loss or damage of said products during transport.

● Using your own courier

It will be up to you to make arrangements with a courier for collection of the goods.

● Returns to a Boutique

Please request an appointment at the boutique nearest you.

● Products may be returned or exchanged once only
● They must be in perfect condition
● The payment receipt sent with the original delivery is required

For products returned without an exchange, the Boutique will notify the return to Sartoria Rossi’s Head Office, which will refund the customer within the established timeframe.

How and When Refunds will be made

If you have exercised your right to cancel as and when indicated in this section, Sartoria Rossi will send you confirmation of the acceptance of the products returned.
The amount corresponding to the price paid for the products will be refunded to you as soon as possible, and within 30 days from the date on which the request for a return was received. If you have used our courier to send the products, the delivery costs will be deducted from the amount of the refund.
If the products do not comply with standards, are believed to be copies or have not been purchased directly from our E-Commerce service, Sartoria Rossi may retain the products returned and the amount paid for purchasing them. At your discretion, and at your own expense, you may re-obtain the products as they were returned to the company.
If the customer name on the order is different from the customer who paid for the products, the pertinent amount will be refunded to the latter.
